"Massage therapy is my second job. Massagologist's service takes the worry out of marketing, scheduling and securing payment for services. These are 3 things I could not manage working two jobs. Not to mention, as an independent contractor I have the freedom to set my own hours of availability, preferences and not rely on a facility's hours of operation." ~ Sheryl Vanderpol
Once an order has been processed, the appointment process begins:
1. The scheduling department sends the provider 2 email notifications.
- A telephone pre-screening appointment with the customer.
- The massage appointment to either be accepted or declined; based on the results of the telephone pre-screening appointment.
2. If the pre-screening telephone appointment is missed:
- The provider will recieve a telephone call from Massagologist regarding the pending appointments. As a provider, it is very beneficial to have frequent, or even real-time access to email communications.
3. Immediately after the pre-screening call, if the massage appointment is accepted:
- Make the selection on the appointment notification email so Massagologist is notified.
4. Immediately after the pre-screening call, if the massage appointment is declined:
- Make the selection on the appointment notification email.
- Notify Massagologist so we know to reassign the appointment or ban the customer.
5. Provider fulfills the service ordered.
6. Twenty-four hours after the appointment has been fulfilled, payment is made to the provider based on the payment preference established.
